In 1985, Sammarco introduced the concept of CFO / Controller For Hire. In the past 30+ years as a management consultant and CFO across industries, Mr. Sammarco has developed a deep understanding of the strategic and tactical support small business owners need so they can focus on operating their business. Prior to this, Mr. Sammarco held progressive roles in finance and accounting and has developed expertise in business development, customer service, strategic planning, investments and dealing with financially troubled companies.

Mr. Sammarco earned a Master of Business Administration from Shenandoah University, a Graduate Certificate in Public Management and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

Seth brings a multidisciplinary background in finance, operations, risk management, and business administration, helping growing companies build the infrastructure they need to scale. He has worked extensively with small and mid-sized businesses across industries including construction, professional services, and government contracting, advising owners and leadership teams on everything from financial management and tax preparation to HR, insurance strategy, and operational process improvement. Seth specializes in stepping into complex business environments and quickly identifying opportunities to streamline systems, improve reporting, and implement practical solutions that support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

Throughout his career, Seth has helped organizations implement new software systems, modernize back-office processes, manage risk and insurance programs, and strengthen financial oversight. His approach combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution—often acting as a trusted partner to business owners who need experienced guidance but may not yet require a full in-house executive team. By overseeing the administrative, financial, and operational framework of a company, Seth allows leadership teams to focus on what they do best: running and growing their business.
